Приєднався 6 лис 2010
Hi! I'm Samy. As a kid, I was the type to bring home every lost dog I saw walking alone on the streets. I have no idea where my love of dogs came from, cause my family definitely did not share it. They allowed me to keep the pets only until I found them their home. When I graduated from college & got my first home, I made the jump to get Leo! I had always wanted a husky and knew I was about to turn my house upside down from the chaos of owning this type of breed. After a year, I got an adorable samoyed puppy named Graham- which turned out to be the biggest training challenge and I adore him for it. We now share our adventures through dog training, adventuring Utah with them, and fostering other huskies by rescuing them from the shelter!

How I Started Running a Husky Rescue
My journey starting from fostering dogs all the way to becoming president of a husky rescue! Obviously, there are so many amazing people that helped do this with me as well, but I wanted to share my personal experience!

ABOUT OUR SNOW DOGS
Hi! I'm Samy. As a kid, I was the type to bring home any animal I saw walking alone on the streets. I have no idea where my love of dogs came from, cause my parents definitely did not share it. They allowed me to keep the pets only until I found them their home. When I graduated from college and lived on my own, I made the jump to get Leo! I had always wanted a husky and knew I was about to turn my house upside down from the chaos of owning this type of breed. My latest addition has been the cutest & impudent Samoyed named Graham. I now love sharing our adventures through training, adventuring Utah with them and fostering other pups!
ABOUT THE HUSKIES WE FOSTER
Not all the huskies I share in my content are Leo & Graham, and that's cause I volunteer & foster for Arctic Rescue! There are SO many huskies in shelters right now, and I jumped right into fostering back in 2021 when I saw 2 young female huskies that were about to be euthanized at a shelter. Since then, I've decided to focus my skills in content creation to share as many huskies that need adoption as I can!
I hope through getting them more views & sharing more tips on how to keep happy huskies we can help keep them out of shelters!

My First Month with A Husky Puppy (watch this before getting one)
He’s such an adorable little fluff ball
is so cute ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
you're saying samoyed wrong
Did she say "good boy" after him almost getting his head stuck 😂 seriously tho careful encouraging bad behavior
Good boy ...now go poop on the carpet...go ahead have a nice shit now bye-bye
Awhh he looked so scared😭😭
Good ❤
That dog is so CUTE !!!!!
I had a yellow lab when I was little that was always sticking his fat little head through our fence and getting stuck😅
I am screaming from his cuteness 🥺 (I am a manly man)
Someone send this to terroriser the UA-camr he has three samoyeds
Get your pup into FastCAT!
Now I totally want to try it!!
That's really cute ngl
Good piloting skills!
The cutest dog
Bro is gonna have a happy life
That's a good dog
Stepbrother, I am stuck!
$2000 bruh, that’s not easily, that’s world class. In my area you can get samoyed puppies for $150-500.
Where are you at?
You gotta rename him to bolt now
Ha that would’ve been perfect!!
One too many.
But at least you know it's been ethically made
our 14 year old husky passed away from cancer and we went out and got 2 huskies both female. 1 is 9weeks old and the other is 16 weeks old ...
His name is Blueberry Muffbluff.
Aww he picked a hedgehog. "hope it doesn't get stolen" 😂🐾💙
It is well protected from Leo at home now 😂
Animals are fucking stupid. My cat CANNOT figure out doors. She is just incapable. I have had her stupid ass literally push her head into the door for 30 minutes straight and wonder why she isn’t just phasing through it like the god damned Flash.
Dang did the vet not have any treats for the doggy?
I’m actually not sure- I didn’t ask!
@@LifeWithSnowDogs well just sayin cause I’m sure dogs are stressed going there all the time you would think they would have some to calm them down. But guess not
He looks like bolt from the Disney movie
Honestly one of the scariest things as a kid has to be getting stuck in something like that Not understanding you’re growing or how much, going somewhere you’ve always been able to, and *suddenly* you can’t get out anymore and it hurts
Tulin?
Please be careful with your baby pups when this happens. In this cute video, everything went well, but remember big races of dogs grow very fast and they do not realize their body has grown up, and become rather clumsy. I had a neighbor, an old lady, whose doggy (a German Shepherd) died choked by getting his head trapped at its owner's balcony's fence. The baby dog used to stick his head out through the bars to look at the street every day, as a puppy, but one day his head was just too big... Hi pushed through and quickly discovered he couldn't breathe well, and started panicking and whimpering loudly. It was horrible and very heartbreaking, because the lady owner was a small woman who couldn't lift her loved dog's body, nor to try freeing him (by turning his head) nor to carry him later, and kept on screaming for help, while trying to help as much as she could. Many people tried their best to help, but it was too late when they arrived. Take care of these lovely furry babies, they depend on us to survive. Try teaching them how to act in complex or potentially dangerous situations.
That's the cutest little fella I've seen today. Please be so kind and boop his snoot from me.
This is really cool! Huskies are such sweet dogs but they need a lot to thrive. Good on you for doing this ❤
They really are sweet pups- just misunderstood!
He has one operating brain cell, it got him stuck in the railing and then it told him to eat the railing.
I have two huskies I think this breed is very challenging to train they have tons on energy, they are stubborn and not food motivated but they are cute and goofy ,they sleep in really weird positions and the singing is just😅😅😅
Challenging for sure, but also so much fun!! 😂
@@LifeWithSnowDogs agree to that
I have a husky girl she's 7 years old now when she was young I bought her a lot of rubber squeaky toys stuff that was kind of indestructible to stop her from chewing she did very well and I encourage you to make her be very vocal that way she can tell you what she wants that's how they are and they're very smart dogs and one more thing make sure you got a good vacuum cleaner for when they blow her coat God bless you and God bless your little puppy and your other dog
Me over here with my short-hair bully breeds: “more high-maintenance than a husky?! 😮”
i’d say about 8 or 9 more times 😂
POTATO
Hi! is Leo a standard husky?
Hi! Honestly, I’m not sure! He has certain traits that make me think he’s gotta have malamute in him at least a bit. I’ve been wanting to do a DNA test on him but haven’t yet!
he said « nope »
😮So ya good boying him whilst he's still chewing on banister😅good luck with that. BTW he's too cute❤
😂 the puppy face is hard to be upset at
They dont learn, just outgrow the holes. 😂
😂 true
I give you credit for fostering I could never Foster I would get too attached and wind up keeping them. ❤🐾
It gets sooo much easier once you see them with the families who adopt them living their best lives 🥰
There’s always a reason why a dog ends up in a shelter and it’s usually because of severe behavioral issues such as separation anxiety and aggression. Half of this information is extremely opinionated and hypocritical. You got your dogs from a backyard breeder (Utah is infamous for the amount of backyard breeders) and you didn’t do your research before getting a husky. If you purchased from a reputable breeder you would know what to expect from your puppy in both behavior, temperament, and size. A rescue dog can still be extremely unpredictable and rescues/shelters have been known to lie or undermine issues just so they get their dogs adopted out. I prefer a reputable breeder over a rescue or some backyard bred dog any day. I own 5 huskies, all from reputable breeders and they are easy and amazing.
Actually, usually they end up in the shelter because people say they “don’t have time for them” and the issues have developed due to a lack of exercise, training, mental stimulation, etc. Just my experience after having helped 50+ dogs get rescued from the shelter for having “problems”, putting them into foster homes where they receive appropriate care, and getting adopted by vetted out owners :) They’re tough dogs for sure if you don’t fit their lifestyle needs!
aaaaaaaaaaaahh
That one moment in Bolt
She just saw mommy doing this and saying "step bro im stuck" so she tried it herself
Adopt animals don’t shop for them.
If your vet doesn't already come prepared with treats for your pet... then find a new vet. What a cheapskate. There's always a jar of them right on the counter waiting for them when they get there.
